Windows 10 / Runtime 0.8: HMD powered off, check HDMI connection

I have a problem with my Oculus Rift DK2, that is its simply not working anymore. On the newest version it says "HMD powered off, check HDMI connection" in red, bolt letters in the config util.
I tried pluggin the Headset out and back in, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried different versions of the runtime (0.6, 0.7, 0.8).
I have a MSI GE70 Gaming Latop.
Do NOT just say it doesnt work on Laptops, because my Rift worked for a long time on there just fine, with runtime versions 0.4 and 0.6 and Windows 8.1
After sometime where I didnt use my Rift, I upgraded to Windows 10 and recently tried getting the rift to work again which didnt work.
Does the Rift only work with Windows 8.1 on laptops anymore?
So basically, since I now have Windows 10 and cant downgrade anymre, my Oculus was a complete waste of money and I cant use it with my (Gaming)-Lapto anymore where it worked fine on before?

Here is my Debug Log Output:

Where can I try it? On the download site I only found the 1.3 SDK, not the runtime...

I now found it, installed it, ran everything and it:
a) Cant find my DK2-headset even though its plugged in (tried plugging it out and in)
b) The Oculus Home says "Oculus cant connect to your Graphics Card"
Edit: I also have the newest Drivers for my Nvidia GT 750M Graphics Card

It worked for me, but i think you have to go through the setup for calibrating desk and floor distance before i could use it in game. I dont remember if it said not detected before that or not
