Hey, @QuanDewata! We hate to hear that this method isn't working for you, and we want to help! Please make sure your device is on the same network you're trying to factory reset on. Here's a link to alternative methods for factory resetting your device, and please don't forget to activate your Oculus Cloud before factory resetting, so you don't lose all of your game progress!
