refurbished units are standard practice under rma terms. venting on this forum filled with half truths won't do you any favors.
On the first rma, they wantet to send a brand new replacement and this is not the half, thats the full truth.
That is also not the point becouseI i suggestet that they can send me a cable only,
Not even that was acceptet by this oculus supportmember...
