stuck at graphic driver test - R9 270X AMD didn't update drivers for w8.1

Hey devs !

Could you lower the minimum AMD driver treshold for passing trough the hardware check ?
It worked before but now, because AMD didn't update their drivers for windows 8.1, I can't access oculus on my secondary machine anymore. Because of this I can't continue coding my multiplayer lightsaber duel game.
Or if you have any hidden sneaky way for me to skip that damn check, any info is welcome.
Cheers!

You need recent drivers to support Core 2.0. You may want to consider upgrading to Windows 10.

@cybereality Yes but it's my gf's computer and she doesn't want widows 10 and al the crap microsoft bundled with it ^^ Any way to downgrade to riftcore 1? or any way at all to bypass hardware check at my own risk ?
I already tried to force w10 drivers to install but without success.

Sadly, no. You can't roll back. I think your best bet is Windows 10.

OK thanks for the reply.  But that won't help me much ^^ If you can, please let the product manager know it would be great to have an option to bypass the check at the user's own risk. Or even limit that option to developers if you want to but it's annoying as hell not being able to even try  :#
