As I mentioned in the other thread, I would not assume the hardware is broken. It may be a software issue with your computer. However, feel free to reach out to Oculus Support for help. https://support.oculus.com/
You can start by making sure Windows Update is fully updated, and getting the latest video drivers for your GPU. Then maybe try a few different apps or games (from the Oculus Store) and see if some are better or worse.
