Unity Post Processing on Quest?

I'm working on a potential Quest title but I don't have a Quest developer kit. I was wondering if anyone knows which Unity post processing effects are supported on Quest?

Most post processing is supported however Oculus has recommended to forgo using post-processing at all as it's not a great fit for the graphics hardware due to the multiple resolves they incur.

Check out this talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvMQUz0g_Tk which has a section on how to do effects on quest.

If it's supported, where's the step-by-step on how to apply it?
I only see people reporting it doesn't work in one way or another...
That video barely mentions it... if it even mentions it, I'm not sure.
