Multiple Teams?

I've noticed there is a severe lack of artists in general currently involved in the indie development of Rift, not a huge surprise since artists tend to adsorb tech much slower than programmers traditionally.

Regardless of the reasons behind it, what are the rules on being a part of multiple teams? With so many programmers and designers yet so few artists, I could see multiple teams benefiting from even just some very basic assets.

I doubt they could stop someone from participating in multiple teams, but it'd be on them to manage their time or potentially risk letting one of their teams down at crunch time.
