No, the refresh rate commands do not work at all for me. I didn't enable 120hz before the update because I only enable it when I play beat saber for saving power.

I have the same issue. The entire headset is stuck at 72hz and the adb command for booster fps also didn't work.

If you did not enable the 120hz option in the experimental setting, it will not work.I have same issue and already tried it.
