Anyone any ideas how to create an object with a "customizable surface"
material applied in 3DS Max? This material allows one to create an

Allow import / creation of custom objects that can be interacted with.
Right now, any imported object is static (expect it can have animation
in it). I would like to be able to import an object that starts to
animate whenever I grab it.
Since the update that seems to have fixed this issue, I no longer can
select any apps to broadcast. The only item that is listed, to select
from for broadcasting, is Virtual Desktop. None of the other running
apps like mediaplayers, browsers etc that...
Anyone have any ideas how to make this work? I have also tried it in
Blender, and export to GLB but when I import it into Home, I get an
error message.
I just posted a new discussion, as since a month ago, I am no longer
able to select a browsers as Broadcast Source either. I have now only my
full desktop as an option... Nothing else is listed as source to select
from.
But how can it be made permanently persistent? So that at the next
Oculus Home visit, the desktop is still there at the exact same
position? Each time I pin it and start a new experience and come back to
my Home, the desktop isnt there where I left i...
What options are there to clone/copy or reset a customized home
environment? So instead of the current Reset button which removes all my
customizations, I'd like to save and restore all customizations. Now I
have to spend 30 minutes to manually setup...
