Oculus quest 2 after a few seconds of inactivity (for example when
watching a movie) oculus turns off. I changed the automatic shutdown
setting to 4 hours but it continues to turn off after a few seconds.
I ordered oculus on the official website. I have not yet received the
product although the delivery date has already passed. I have tried to
contact all the ways but have not received any response. How can I
cancel my order and get my money back?
