I've got an S10 and putting a SIM with data made no difference for me.
As I said to the support person in the ticket, I logged the transport
i.e. WiFi or LTE is the issue it looks like an authentication issue
between system once your account is moved...

Yeap. Getting the same error. Took a screen shot of error to log support
ticket and there is no link to Meta support to log a ticket. Terrible
migration to new platform and terrible support. I guess my phone,
controller and headset all go in the bin ...
