My Oculus PC software merrily updated to v28, but my Quest 2 is still
v27. Why is it being hyped all over, and why do they release version
patch notes if the update isn't going out to everyone? And if this a
problem on my end....how do I fix it?
I have opened tickets more than once over the last couple years and the
answer is always the same; "we don't have anything to do with developers
updating their games on our store". This is unacceptable and laughable.

Thats not how it works, no. I mean, if the game is on Quest, as well as
PC, then it will run and look better on PC, but you can't take a Quest
game and somehow run in on PC.
Meta is a trash company ran by bots. No actual person is responsible for
deciding to ban you, nor will a person unban you. They don't care about
you, your experience or your frustrations regarding this or anything
else.
Maybe hopefully this is why Assassin's Creed Nexus runs like crap. The
stutter is obnoxious. What happened to Oculus? Used to be they wouldn't
even let a game on their storefront if it stutters. There was
exceptions, like calling it "early access" or...
