Since all of the sensor code has been moved into the runtime, will the
Windows SDK be able to communicate with the Linux runtime when it is

I forgot to add that file to the Git repository. You should be able to
do a pull and compile it yourself. I added GLEW to the binary
distribution, so try that again and see if it works.
After some more investigation, I've determined that not setting
ovrDistortionCap_Overdrive seems to fix the problem, but I still don't
