I have both Q1 (v30) and Q2 (v29) with a very good pc (i9 9900k,
rtx3090, 32Gb ram) and router/wifi setup. I've used Virtual Desktop for
+1yr with my Q1. With my Q2, wireless at 120Hz with Air Link works best
best for me because it is 100% compatible...
I just got v30 update with my Q1 today. I still have not even got this
with my Q2 or Oculus desktop app yet. Both those are still on v29.
Although the Quest v30 update notes said that Air Link with the Q1
requires v30 on both the Quest and Desktop ap...
I just got final v29 Oculus desktop app today. First time in a while all
my Oculus headset are in sync, lol! I found that all I needed to do to

you may hit thermal limits and this will...
Besides getting a proper win10 pc and recommended cpu/gpu (google for
this) for wireless you should at least disable band steering on your

are close to your router, preferably in t...
Not sure if this is current or not but last year I needed to setup a
Developer account before I could do this. You can google how to do this.
I think I just followed the following instructions and it worked for
both my Q1 and Q2
