I don't know about installed editors. Suggest building oculus branch of
UE 4.27. Min SDK needs to be 29, target SDK needs to be 32. Make sure
you have the correct NDK (25) installed and that you are pointing to it
in Android settings.
Yeah, set up process is the same. Just use the latest oculus integration
plugin if you're on unity, Meta xr plugin on unreal. Suggest using
latest from oculus branch of UE 4.27. Branches for later unreal versions
don't support oculus voice, etc
