I am by no means the one who discovered this fix, rather I stumbled upon
it on Reddit. Like someone else on this forum has reported by now: IT
WORKS!!At least it did for me, and it’s deceptively simple. In my case,
I’ve already tried (and failed) eve...
But then again.. those that may have received v.13 and now finally can
use Link again, probably aren't running back here anytime soon. Unless
that update are causing yet another set of trouble, that is.
Link has been bricked for days now, with Quest on v13 and the PC app

Oculus really blew it with this mess of an update/rollout. However, this
is what finally helped me:1. Make sure you have v14 PTC software
installed on your PC and v13 firmware on your Quest2. Open up "Sound"
