I am trying to verify my account, but it only gives me the option to add
a credit card to do so. It does say that adding a phone number is an
option but it doesnt actually give me that option on the verify page.

Hey peeps, I took the leap and factory reset my headset.I also entered
the public test channel.Good news is you don't need to factory reset
your headset.Bad news is there is still no solution to fix the problem.

The problem is that there is no "media sync" button in our files app on
the headset. This is the problem that has persisted through this thread
