It's been two weeks now since opening a ticket for a quest 2 controller
issue. Started with the chat option which was then transferred to email
where I was asked to provide my serial numbers, proof of purchase etc.
Since then there has been no respon...
Used support chat to troubleshoot a controller issue only to get an
email that basically told me to sit tight and wait. That was almost two
weeks ago. This is not how you treat paying customers. Add phone support
to talk to a human and hire more peop...
