CRAP. As in, totally so. VERY low volume, barely discernible, even at
supposedly 100%. The promised improvement of audio did ZERO for me. As

I have the same flashes. With 1.38, I might add. I suspect a
firmware/Oculus driver issue, and I keep hoping they'll fix it. My Rift
S was a gift, I don't want to return it. (Those flashes are pretty
annoying and, sometimes, unsettling.)
Ditto. I have those white flashes -- frequency changes, anywhere from
every 15 minutes to every hour or so. I really hope they fix that in the
next firmware update. It's annoying. (Using Oculus Rift S). BTW, my
update log states that I had first 1.38...
