Cast from Quest to PC

Allow casting video from an Oculus Quest to a PC, instead of limiting support to Chromecasts. This would allow live streaming through services like Discord, Twitch, and YouTube.

Agreed. Virtual Desktop disables its virtual audio device when a headset is disconnected. It'd be nice if Oculus Link worked similarly.
