SideQuest is a Sideloading application for the Quest and Quest 2 line of
headsets. The clue is in the name. It won't be able to detect or work
with with any Rift headset.
If I am understanding your question correctly (my Italian is not good)
you cannot use sensors from the original Rift with a Rift S. The Rift S
has built-in cameras which allow for 360 degree movement
