Apps on VR not working and greyed out

Every time I log onto my meta quest 2, I want to play a game, but my apps are all greyed out and won’t work. Also, none of the socials are working on the quest either. If someone knows how to fix this, please let me know -

Can you answer the following:

  • Did you unlink your Facebook account?
  • Are you connected to the wi-fi?
  • Do you see your account in the upper corner?
  • What version of the headset are you on? The latest one is 42.
  • If not on version 42, can you please update the headset.
  • Can you try to restart the headset after holding the power button on for 30 seconds to see if it helps.
