I just bought Bonelab but it is not letting me install it. I have already paid for it and where it would normally say “install” there is just a loading symbol. I have tried restarting my headset and I also have enough storage. Please give me suggestions because I don’t want my $40 to go to waste.

Hey, thank you for pointing this issue out to us! We know this can seem alarming. We're currently working on it. This was a huge release for us, and we know everyone is excited to get in! We're doing everything we can on our end. In the meantime, keep checking back to see if there are any changes with the app installation.

Bonelab is not installing after the update. Why is it?

You can either reset your headset and buy it again, or you can just get your money back by requesting refund, if you don’t know how to do it then look it up on YouTube.
