Camera cracked

I have an Oculus Quest 2. It is under warranty and I am trying to get in touch with someone to fix the camera lens where it is cracked. I have been emailing back and forth with customer service, and I have received no help. They keep telling me that they are going to send me some labels, and I have received none. They have all of my information and they just keep auto emailing me asking if the problem has been fixed. No it has not been fixed. I don’t know who to contact or what to do.
