Can't connect Rift S

I can't use my Rift S, I'm getting various error messages and blue screens of death (DPC_watchdog_violation, SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED) when I try to connect my headset since the update yesterday. I had blue screen errors about 1.5 months ago and I reinstalled my SSD, it solved the problem but I won't like to reinstall my pc every 2 months. I've tried reinstalling asmedia USB drivers, turned off USB power saving, running oculus drivers, restarting oculus but nothing happened.
Now it told me to set up my device, like the first time I used it but got a blue screen of death again.  Does anyone have a fix?
They don't just not improve the rift S, but even mess it up by their buggy software and updates.
