I've been having issues with my controllers for some time now, and hoping/guessing there's some small fix for this that I haven't been able to find.
When I boot up my Quest 2, I can use the controllers to open menus, select things, everywhere EXCEPT in the App Library window. When the App Library is loaded, the X and menu bar below it can be clicked with the right trigger and work perfectly.
I've upgraded the firmware and software on the controllers and the headset. Put in fresh batteries and re-synced them several times, after letting them sit without power over night.
Here's what happens when I try to do anything in the App Library window.
Left Controller
I can point at apps and the blue bar appears around the small thumbnail. When I try the main trigger, the pointer turns blue, and nothing happens. Using the index trigger does nothing. The buttons do nothing.
Right Controller
I can point at apps and the blue bar appears around the small thumbnail. When I try the main trigger, the pointer turns blue, and nothing happens. Using the index trigger does nothing. The buttons do nothing.
If I put the pointer inside the window between apps, then hold down the right trigger and move the menu down a bit, the window will scroll in that direction. But as soon as I let up on the trigger it rubber-bands back up to the top. It doesn't stop/stay in the new location.

Figured it out!
Click the right stick. Everything went back to normal.
Looks like the controllers have mechanical switches that, once you click, even if you reset the unit/software, the stick stays clicked.
PHEW I'm so relieved. When in doubt, click those sticks!
