Frustrated doesn't come close

This is the third time I've written to you, and I'm still trying to resolve my issue. I'm 76 and all this high tech stuff is starting to get to me, I'll start with my details.

I have 2 email accounts ********** and **********, I mostly use **********. I've been with you guys a long time and spent a lot of cash in games etc. My problem started when I did a hard reset and lost all my games, I mistakenly set up another account and bought the pool game before realizing what id done, In your last post you said to delete my app on my phone and log into my old account, but my old account can't be seen ,my old account user name is Smiler2468 fingers crossed, your sort it this time,
