I cant add a payment method I've tried on 4 different devices and 2 cards. Its still won't work. Help me

Hey @LittleSirDuck. There could be many reasons why you're having difficulty adding your payment methods. 


First, double check the information. Some users forget to enter the entire year (i.e. 2025) when entering their cards expiration date. 

If you're trying to use a prepaid card, we only accept prepaid cards if it has a billing address.


Have you tried using a different browser, or incognito mode? Also, try a different device, or different network connection.
