How to select audio channel for mirroring

smdc00
Honored Guest

Specs:

Oculus Quest 2

PC (Windows)

Steelseries Arctis 7 (Headset)

What I'd like to achieve:

I want to run discord on my PC. My headset provides 2 audio channels (named: game and chat). Generally in windows the game channel is set to be the default audio output, and the chat channel is the default communication output.

I want to send the audio from the PC to the VR device. I used the "Hear Computer Audio in VR" option in the PC oculus app.

But I specifically want to send the "chat" channel.

Question:

How do I select which channel to send?

Additional stuff:

I'll provide more information about anything on request.

My best idea to solve this is to simply swap the default channels on PC, I don't want to do that, they are set up the way they are, because that's how they should be.

Alternatively you can help me solve the objective I want to do in the first place. I want to share VR video/audio to discord, while being able to talk to people there. I want to do this by using the least amount of cables. I cant wear an additional headset (too uncomfortable). The games in question are not PCVR.
