Malfunction in connection to PC

Miguel_Vacas
Level 2

I hadn’t used Quest 2 for two days. When I connected them up today, I started updating. I don’t know what about Meta. The problem came when at the end, it has cost me horrors to connect to the pc both by Air Link and by cable.
I finally made it, but when I’m going to use either connection to the pc, it does,

But with both Air Link and cable, the sound gets short and the image jumps, the controls go into their air, they move even alone and, in any case, with a lot of delay with respect to my movements.

If I turn my head, it leaves a trace of the image, it goes to jumps.

I don’t know what they did, but it’s a botch.

I need a solution now. I have to compete in iRacing and I need the glasses to not waste time in my competitions.

Greetings

Miguel Angel

Hey there. That's an experience we don't want to hear for our customers. We'd love to help.

Can you try the following to see if it helps:

  • Reboot the Headset and Relaunch Air Link to recover Audio
  • Ensure that the network is setup correctly
  • Ensure both devices are connected to the same network
  • Make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements HERE
