I ordered a refurbished Meta Quest 2 along with a battery strap. Meta shipped me the strap, but I never received a headset. The order shows as "all items delivered" however I never actually received the headset, which I was, you know, really looking forward to. There appears to be no way to actually engage with an actual customer support human to troubleshoot this. What are my options? Just let Meta keep my money?
This is something that can happen around the holidays but it shouldn't say that all items were delivered. Head to the support site HERE and open a support ticket. Let them know what's going on and they'll see what they can do for you. Can't expand the VR world if we don't get these devices into your hands.
