Oculus Support response time

How long does it normally take to get a response from Oculus support regarding a missing referral? I would really like to get this resolved before the Black Friday sale ends.

Hey MetaQuestSupport

I opened a ticket earlier today, got an e-mail that my request (6424148) has been updated, but NO link? So i can't see, what the update is all about. Can't seem to find a link to the ticket system anywhere on your site and from what i can read in a local danish Oculus FB group this has been going on for at least three months? Where do i find the answer you've sent? (and why is this not a part of the e-mail you sent?)
