Im trying to buy a rated M game it says im too young so i send a request to my parent who gave me permission but they dont get the request and im not able to buy it please help

I went to buy after the fall but because it’s an 18 I needed to set up parent control so I got my dad to set it up and it’s still asking me for set it up. I reset my head so I’ve done everything it’s not working

If your family was able to do the Parental Control settings to allow you to purchase the game under the Family Center, you would still need to adjust the supervision setting on the mobile app. You can do this by following these steps:

Why do you "disconnect from teen" after setting up parental controls? That doesn't make sense.
