Hi!
I bought Immortal I, my son wasn’t able to pass the tutorial so I put in a request to refund the game. I bought it again this morning because he wanted to retry it again. We didn’t complete the download on the oculus and he’s realized that he might be uncomfortable with the content.
Is there a way to refund the game again or cancel the purchase since it hasn’t been downloaded? Not sure if it’s possible but figured I’d ask. Thanks so much for your help.

To answer your question, you won't be able to cancel the purchase but you can absolutely process a return on the game again.
