I have tried everything support recommends but I can not get my
oculus to pair to the app. It’s a replacement/refurbished one … the only thing I see on the oculus is the 5 digit pairing code. I enter it and I get the “unable to connect”. Bluetooth is on … bluetooth even recognizes the head set as an “Oculus Standalone HMD” and IS connected. Anyone have suggestions? (Already reinstalled apps, factory reset, etc). HELP!

Everyone is having the same issue after getting replacement headsets. So far, haven't seen anyone find a magical solution to the issue.
All I can recommend is you open a Support Ticket with oculus so they know how bad the situation is and force them to release an update faster.
