Unable to complete purchase for 'Virtual Desktop' from Oculus Store (Quest 2)

Anyone else not able to buy 'Virtual Desktop'?
Could it be because my account / Quest 2 device has switched to 'developer' mode for sideloading?
All other purchases go through fine, but for this I get:

An error has occurred.
There was a problem with processing your order. Please try again later.

I've opened a query with Oculus Support and will update this if they can explain.

developer mode won't impact your ability to buy virtual desktop.

Check your funding methods or just retry.  Also make sure your buying the correct version virtual desktop its best just to purchase off the mobile app.

Thanks for your response! The payment method has cleared for other purchases, funding has been confirmed, and purchase attempts were made through the mobile app linked to the device, and through the device itself on the 9th and 14th of this month.

I hope I'm missing something obvious, but it isn't that. Ta though.

I actually hadn't thought of that (at the time I was looking to use the WELCOME25 code which doesn't work on desktop).

Unfortunately:

have you bought other programs? also try switching to a different method.

clear your internet history and cache and try again.

Yep, other purchases are fine, and have tried changing payment method.

Hope Oculus support can reveal what error 1891489 means. Google has zero hits.
