I keep getting a tab on my headset to use the code shown on the screen. And when I complete it, on my phone. It tells me that that it was complete and to put on your headset. But when I put on my headset, it tells me. “An error occurred. Please try again.” Even though I put in the correct code.

And also when I received a support ticket (5930174) I’m not sure what to use it on.
