Over 8 weeks Oculus have had my faulty headset without a replacement shipped.
Rather than a "Thanks for your patience"
"Someone will contact you soon"
"We are doing everything possible"
Could we have some action in the next 24 hours please?
Oculus Retailer have plenty of stock.
It's a simple fix to a very frustrating and to be honest quite embarrassing problem that a multimillion pound company don't have the process to resolve.
Maybe a phone call tomorrow to me would be nice?
