I am frustrated. In the process of trying to fix my left hand controller, I followed all the steps online such as "Reboot to Factory Settings". Whatever you do-don't do this! It is now month number 2 and I am still dealing with a headset that does not want to work. I lost count but I am on my 4th or 5th person handling this situation on the phone. I have replaced the Left Hand Controller a while back but I won't know if it is working until I get my headset to work. If anybody knows what to do please say something? I am done with this Support Center and I would like a REFUND. I received this Oculus as a gift this passed December and it has been frustrating to enjoy.  If anyone can tell me what to do that would be great. Thank you for letting me rant.
