So I recently purchased a Quest 2 and ive also bought a Link cable to plug into my pc and quest 2. ive already downloaded the software on my pc and so im trying to connect the vr to my pc with the link cable and it wont work. Ive also used Bluetooth to try to get it to connect but it wont. I also tried connecting it through air link. That didn't work either. I saw my pc's name on the menu and i tapped it and hit pair but the launch button was grayed out. I waited over 20 mins for it to connect but didnt and iI had the airlink setting turned on in my vr and pc so i cant understand why it wouldnt work and i know my wifi isnt the problem.

Hey Guys,
We hate hearing about link issues.
For Airlink: You'll need a rather strong 5g Wi-fi and you'll need to make sure both your headset AND the computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi. Bluetooth itself should not be needed as air link communicates through the router.
For Oculus Link: The main issue people have is not using our official Oculus Link cable or our partnering Anker cable. You'll need to make sure your computer is up to snuff too, otherwise you won't have the best time. We'll attach some helpful links below so you can have all the details on what's going on.

If you are still having issues then feel free to drop us a line at https://ocul.us/ContactSupport so we can see what is going on.

"We hate hearing about link" Then maybe don't volunteer to be a community manager? You're going to hear about repititive issues people are going to be having because thats what support forrums are for. Oh yeah, and if this is not you volunteering and this is your job, then what did you expect?

Hey guys! Thanks for the callout, it looks like there was a little typo in the original support post! Of course we don't hate hearing about Link. We hate hearing about issues with Link. Went ahead and edited the Support reply to fix that!
