Oculus Link not Utilizing GPU fully

I am currently trying to use oculus link with my ASUS Zephyrus G14.

It has the RTX 2060.

I have completely disabled the integrated graphics, turned the power mode to high-performance, set the armoury crate to windows controlled, and I have told windows to specifically use the 2060 for these programs.

When I get into steam VR, everything seems to be working fine.

However, when I load Phasmophobia, I start dropping frames.

It has worked for me in the past but only twice.

As you can see below it says its using 35% total but phasmo is using 100%?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It's the game. Even developers said it needs a major rework. There's a patch coming sometime this year. In the meantime to counteract the terrible performance, set Virtual Desktop to run with SSW and set your refresh rate and framerate to 120.  Also, set the OVR server to run in high priority. Oculus tray tools will make that more convenient.
