[CV1] Some GTX 1060/1070/1080 have performance problems with last NVidia Drivers 375.86

Confirmed by NVidia, GPU memory clock don't boost on some GTX 1060/1070/1080 using some bios (Founder Edition seems not having this problem, overclocked one can have it), so if you have bad performance recently and updated, roll back to previous drivers as first try:

I upgraded yesterday and now it's upgrading again, to 375.95.  I guess that yesterday's wasn't too successful
